Donna has extensive interview expertise and over twenty-five years experience as a professional interviewer for various institutions, including the Office of Admission at Smith College. Donna also served as an interviewer for Steven Spielberg's Survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation in Los Angeles, recording the testimonies of Holocaust survivors living in New England. Ms. Kenny is a member of the Oral History Association, the Oral History Network of Ireland, and a founding member of the Association of Personal Historians. Donna has degrees from University of Massachusetts, Springfield College and Smith College. A former teacher, and curriculum and instruction specialist for the Collaborative for Educational Services, she has been the recipient of grants from the Massachusetts Foundation for Humanities and Public Policy and from the Massachusetts Center for Teaching. She divides her time between Boston, western Massachusetts and Ireland. When not interviewing, Donna enjoys reading, research, travel, museums, and listening to choral music.
Originally from Scotland, Peter is a man of many talents including having served as a navigator with the U. S. Air Force, corporate communications manager, actor and television producer, news videographer for Channel 40 News (ABC affiliate in Springfield, MA) and founder of WorthTelling. He has degrees from University of Connecticut and Texas A&M. For the past decade Peter has collaborated on the technical aspects of recording oral histories and producing personal documentaries for Clio Associates’ individual and institutional clients. When Peter is not behind the camera or in the editing studio, he relaxes hiking and biking. He is also a fan of motorcycle racing and a 60’s garage band music collector.
